My Solutions

If I could change the world I would make it a lot better and safer  than it is today. I wouldn't hesitate. I would do it in a heart beat. The first changes I would make involve the AIDS epidemic and  world hunger.  Then, all the unnecessary violence all over the world.
  
The first thing I would try to change or put a stop to is the AIDS epidemic . First, everyone would have to take an hiv/aids test . Then, the people that are infected with the disease would be monitored while doctors work on a cure  and prevent the spreading of the disease.

 I would then go after the hunger problem  or try to make it a lot less . I would seek percentage donations from rich countries of their gross national product. Everyone would be equal when it came to eating.  Then, all the empty land in Africa would  be turned into collectives where there would be food and  the necessary plants that are needed to help the economy.

Now theres the problem with the violence. First of all all, the guns being made would have a finger-scanning device. If you had a record you couldn't own one. The people involved with  Middle East suicide bombings would be put in some kind of center where they would undergo a lot of therapy to try and change what the believe in terms of violence. They would not be tortured.

Now that the most important problems that we  face are taken care of, we can now hope that no more new problems will pop up. AIDS,world hunger and violence would be a thing of the past .
